Infinite Erie rose out of a need to coordinate the influx of federal and state funding for infrastructure projects in Erie County, PA.

How we helped

While it is easier for folks local to Erie County to envision the impact of future infrastructure projects, Infinite Erie knew that potential funders would react positively to data-driven projections for each of the 35 infrastructure and community improvement projects in the Infinite Erie Investment Playbook.

Parker Strategy Group created custom economic impact project models for each of the 35 projects, outlining the projected economic output, the jobs supported and sustained from each project, and the state and local tax revenue that would be generated.

PSG also created designed pitch slide decks with accompanying talking points and accompanied Infinite Erie at multiple community presentations regarding the findings.
